You will enter your payment amount and type of credit card you are using. Then you will agree to the terms and conditions of the charges. Next you will enter your Property ID number, property owner information, and property physical location. Then complete the payer information screen, which should be your billing address for the credit card you are using. Enter your credit card information and click next. You will receive a confirmation number for your records.

FEES: Certified Payments Corporation charges customers a convenience fee of 2.5% of the payment amount for this service. The minimum fee is $2.00 per transaction.

NOTE: The Gaines County Appraisal District will not post payments in our office, until we receive confirmation from the bank. This process could take up to three to five business days to receive the confirmation.
