Gaines County Appraisal District will have field appraisers driving the county for the upcoming 2022 appraisal year.
Property appraisers’ vehicles have door signs reading, “Gaines County Appraisal District or Central Appraisal District” in addition to personal identification.
Every effort will be made to complete any on-site measuring as quickly as possible.
Notices of 2022 Appraised value will be sent to all property owners starting in May.
